1. CLAIM OF TRUTH - BEING

1.1. I, Artist, acknowledge that I have everything I need. I am whole, well, and resourceful. I know who I am, I know what I am, and I know how I serve.

1.2. I, Enroller, acknowledge that I have everything I need. I am whole, well, and resourceful. I know who I am, I know what I am, and I know how I serve.

1.3.  We, Raindrop Incorporated, acknowledge we are all right where we need to be and all artists (Artist and Enroller) needs are met in the moment they need it and we hold all whole, well, and resourceful. We align to the truth of who we truly are and agree that the Source (whoever and whatever that is to each of us individually) is present in each of us and seeks to realize itself as our true self and through our full, authentic expression. As we each realize this individually, we lift collectively. May we support one another to realize and sing the song that we are, in doing this we align to a higher tone; our presence and being will lift all humankind.

1.4. All parties agree to honor the truths in sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 of this claim and commit to be fully present, engaged, open, and in alignment with truth during all communications for the highest good of all parties.

2. CLAIM OF REALIZATION

2.1. Artist acknowledges that they are participating in a Multi-Level Marketing (Network Marketing) business model administered by an independent company dōTERRA International (dōTERRA https://doTerra.com).

2.2. Artist agrees to comply with all terms and conditions and retain active enrollment and good standing with the MLM agent dōTERRA International (https://doTerra.com).

2.3. Artist acknowledges that this document does not create an official or binding affiliation with dōTERRA International.

2.4. Artist understands they will be a future Enroller and will fully accept Enroller responsibilities as outlined in this agreement. If Artist invites someone to become an RI Member, that Member is linked to them through a ‘Tag’. If that Member becomes a Raindrop Artist, they will be their Enroller and earn commissions on their dōTERRA product sales and the sales of other Artists in their dōTERRA organization. Their success and ranking can come only through the systematic sales of dōTERRA products within their organization. 

3. ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. Artist acknowledges that the results realized are ultimately based on the Artist’s own personal commitment to success and the actions he or she does or does not take. Artist is neither guaranteed a specific income nor assured any level of profit, success, or future performance. This is not a get-rich-quick program. Generating meaningful compensation takes time, effort, and commitment. The profit and success of an Artist can be achieved through the successful sale of dōTERRA products within the Raindrop, LLC organization. Artist agrees to participate in RI and engage fully and acknowledges that not engaging fully jeopardizes the success of his/herself, his/her Enroller, his/her fellow members, and the RI community. As a Member of RI and as a Raindrop Artist, Artist agrees not to hold the co-creators, founders, artists or members, or Debra Jones owner of Raindrop, LLC liable for any of Artist’s results.

3.2. Artist understands that by incorporating a payout infrastructure of an MLM company like dōTERRA and enrolling like-minded creatives, solopreneurs, and other service and product providers, they can infuse their business or bank account with positive cash flow. This low-risk high-reward business model can help put her/him on the path to achieving financial freedom. To achieve maximum payout, enabling commission qualification on the 6th and 7th levels of Artist’s organization, Artist understands that at least one new Artist must be enrolled into his/her dōTERRA business every three months. To increase the likelihood of this happening with ease, Artist agrees to authentically share RI with their network. Those who join as Members are linked to the Artist who invited them to join.

3.3. Artist understands he/she is paid through the infrastructure of dōTERRA and is paid for product sales. Artist receives no compensation for enrolling or sponsoring other Artists and receives no compensation from Raindrop, LLC. Rank and organizational volume requirements must be met to qualify for compensation. Please refer to dōTERRA’s Policy Manual for more information.

3.4. Artist understands he/she can request a HighLevel sub-account, with admin-level access, under Raindrop, LLC's HighLevel Agency Account as a bonus to becoming a Raindrop Artist. Artist is responsible for content, branding guidelines, integrating with his/her preferred payment processing platform, email, phone, and SMS charges. Artist assumes total responsibility for the security and compliance of their HighLevel sub-account. The Artist acknowledges and understands that Raindrop, LLC makes no guarantee of security, compliance, or backup restoration. Raindrop, LLC relies solely on the security and compliance measures provided by HighLevel, as described in this overview: HighLevel Security and Compliance Overview The Artist agrees to adhere to the guidelines and recommendations outlined in the HighLevel Security and Compliance Overview and will take all necessary steps to ensure the security, compliance, and backup of their sub-account.

3.5. Artist commits to providing energy, inspiration, enthusiasm, and assistance to the RI community by supporting members and adding value to the community in a way that is in alignment with their artistry and by actively sharing the benefits of RI. Cultivate wholeheartedness and engage with the community in a meaningful way through genuine conversation and provide valuable and useful content that will upskill and inspire the members of RI. Have the courage to show up and be vulnerable and offer honest, constructive, and engaged feedback. Dare to be bold and hold yourself accountable to your path as you become the best version of yourself.

3.6. Artist agrees to:

(i) Pay a monthly, semi-annual, or annual RI membership fee: $27 USD, $135 USD, or $270 USD, respectively. RI is dedicated to helping artists establish sustainable incomes through their art, craft, or expertise. Raindrop, LLC provides platforms for creating active income at minimal cost to the artist, alleviating them from handling technical and business aspects independently. Instead of the conventional 50% commission on artworks and products sold, artists pay this nominal membership fee to Raindrop, LLC. The fee contributes to the operational expenses of the LLC and supports advertising and marketing efforts that actively promote artists and their offerings to both members and non-RI members. Artists who enrolled before October 1, 2023, or members identifying as 'Founder' or 'Launcher,' are exempt from paying the RI membership fee.

(ii) Enroll as a Wellness Advocate with dōTERRA. To do so, Artist must be of legal age in his or her state of residence and be competent to enter into the Wellness Advocate Agreement. Please note that, for tax purposes, Artist must provide dōTERRA their Social Security Number (SSN) or the applicable international equivalent, such as the Tax Identification Number (TIN), Social Insurance Number (SIN), or National Insurance Number (NIN), depending on you Artist’s country’s requirements. This information is necessary for dōTERRA to process Artist income payments. Only Wellness Advocates can earn income from dōTERRA. The non-refundable ($35 USD) application fee is waived with qualifying enrollment purchase.

(iii) Make a one-time purchase of a dōTERRA Enrollment Kit or a custom order, with a PV of 125 or greater. The cost of 125 PV is typically between $125-$195 USD depending on the products selected.

(iv) Enroll in the monthly Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) template set to at least 125 PV (Personal Volume) each month. PV represents the point value of products purchased within a calendar month, typically ranging from $125 to $195 USD. To ensure you receive your bonuses without unintentional forfeiture, it's crucial to set up your monthly LRP immediately and maintain it in the system consistently. As an LRP member, you'll accrue points on qualifying orders, which can be redeemed for doTERRA products. The longer you remain a member, the more points you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly loyalty orders! Additionally, you can earn the free Product of the Month by placing your 125 PV or more loyalty order before the fifteenth of the month.

(v) The RI membership is more than just a subscription—it's a powerful tool for you to actively engage with your network through IGNITE– our Fireside Mastermind. Host or co-host at least one IGNITE, each month, where RI Artists lead the discussion.

(vi) Continue to share the wealth and benefits of RI. Your unique experiences, creative contributions, and referrals are not only valuable to your personal success but are also vital to the flourishing of the entire RI community. Each artist bears the responsibility of co-creating an exclusive and sought-after community. When sharing and promoting RI, do so with like-minded individuals or businesses who recognize the immense potential of this unique opportunity. Encourage those who share your commitment to personal growth and community success to join. By doing this, you not only expand your own opportunities but also contribute to the exposure of other talented artists. This collective effort enhances financial sustainability, creating a positive feedback loop that generates income for additional marketing efforts. Remember the words of Margaret Mead, 'Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.' Each act of sharing brings us closer to creating a new world and a new way of being for artists. Together, we will eradicate the 'starving artist syndrome' as we connect, create, and thrive as a collective.

3.7. At any time, Artist finds it is not in her/his best interest or ability to participate fully or finds him/herself in a place of struggle, he/she agrees to contact Enroller as soon as possible and seek support, help or dissolution.

3.8. Artist recognizes that the most insolvent, hopeless, and untenable situations can be your greatest teacher and a source of the most impactful success stories. Artist commits to approaching all obstacles and challenges in a solution-oriented manner reinforcing RI’s commitment to success, well-being, and prosperity through truth, abundance, and caring. Acknowledge what is and in Brene Brown’s words: reckon and rumble with pain and failure, until you experience your own inner revolution; in which you will come out as a stronger, more wholehearted version of yourself.

3.9. Artist agrees to follow the spirit of RI “Principles of Engagement” to the best of his/her ability. Artist agrees to always operate in love and truth and to make all claims from a source of abundance, not lack nor scarcity, or from a place of fear. Artist agrees to uphold the highest integrity available to him/her in all RI interactions.

3.10. Artist agrees to support her/himself in achieving a healthy lifestyle and recognizes the potential dōTERRA products may provide as a component to his/her own selfcare program.

4. ENROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Enroller will inform Artist, the enrollee, they are their Enroller. The Enroller may move the new Artist anywhere in the Enroller’s Organization, to the position that is in the highest good for all involved. It is our mission to bust the ‘starving artists syndrome’ by helping all RI Artists shift from active to passive income as quickly as possible.

4.2. Enroller affirms Artist's commitment and investment and will endeavor to support or assist Artist in fulfilling his/her commitments for the highest good and benefit of all. Enroller will guide, support, and empower Artist throughout their first few weeks or months until they find their place of influence and contribution to benefit the RI community. 

5. RAINDROP INCORPORATED and RAINDROP, LLC’s RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. The concept of RI is grounded in co-creating a community where people feel safe and supported to shed self-limiting beliefs and do things in a new way – in a new easeful, unapologetic way. Artist is responsible for their own level of success; however, Enroller and the entire community is here to support you. Raindrop, LLC agrees, to the best of their ability, to provide RI the platforms, systems, and structure for the entire community to prosper. 

5.2. RI is here to help you pursue your passion, whatever it is. No judgment and no apologies. We do not rank or shame each other’s inspirations. We are co-creating RI together to create a welcoming, safe, and sought-after community where all can thrive. We ensure everyone is treated with respect. We understand creative tension can arise and healthy debates are natural, but kindness and empathy are required. We recognize all are equally worthy. Simply stay in curiosity, welcome the unknown, and committed to being open to what you KNOW and feel is right for you. Your value has nothing to do with your talent. We view your art as the choice of your expression. We acknowledge your talent, but understand you are not your talent. We value WHO you are, not what you do. So, share your creative talent freely, without reservation, and feel the freedom and expansion as it is expressed through you.

5.3 Debra Jones, the owner of Raindrop, LLC and the visionary force behind RI, is dedicated to assisting every Artist in building a sustainable income doing what they love. Recognizing that generating passive income from dōTERRA takes time, she will provide Artist, at your request, with admin-level access, to a dedicated sub account under Raindrop, LLC's HighLevel Agency Account as a bonus to becoming a Raindrop Artist. This platform equips Artist with everything necessary to create an income online by teaching or selling your art or expertise. While Artist is responsible for content, branding guidelines, integrating with your preferred payment processing platform, email, phone, and SMS charges, Raindrop, LLC will provide a 'done for you' (DFY) website (up to three pages), a sales funnel, a course template, and a private community for seamless online teaching.
